OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We at the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene (hereafter referred to as “BHGREGG”) are committed to the protection and security of the information collected by BHGREGG. Your privacy and trust are important to us and we want to honor that trust by advising you of what we do to manage your information. This document was written to describe what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with, including companies affiliated with BHGREGG such as The Gibraltar Group Mortgage, The Gibraltar Group Insurance Services, and The Gibraltar Group Title Services.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT: We collect personal information from you when interacting with us, such as when you talk to us about our services, such as buying or selling a home or other property, when you engage us to assist you with buying or selling property, when visiting our website and when ask us for information. For example, to provide our services to you, we may collect your contact information (e.g., name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.), financial information relating to a potential transaction (e.g., Social Security number, information about your income, debts, and assets), demographic information and other information we request from you that is required by law.

Regarding our website, if a visitor signs up for MyGaryGreene, we collect your email address and ask you to set up a password, which is optional, so that we can provide you the service. By registering for a Home Price Evaluation, we collect your email address, telephone number, address, and information about your property, so we can provide you with service. Disclosure of your email address, and any other volunteered information, to BHGREGG, is entirely optional and is a service available for visitors who wish to receive information from us.

As is the case when you visit most websites, your visit triggers the automatic logging of certain anonymous information about your computer systems such as the type of browser you use, the server name and your IP (Internet Protocol) address. When a web browser or email application requests a webpage or email from another computer on the Internet, it automatically gives that computer the address where it should send the information. This is called the computer’s “IP address”. This “address” does not contain any personally identifiable information.
